Current and upcoming productions include:

  • The first ever musical adaptation of the Sony/ScreenGems movie, Burlesquewhich will premiere at the Paper Mill Playhouse in the Autumn of 2020, marking the tenth anniversary of the movie, prior to Broadway and various productions around the world;
  • The first ever play adaption of The Last King of Scotland, based on the award-winning novel by Giles Foden and subsequent Oscar-winning film starring Forest Whittaker and James McAvoy, premiering at the Sheffield Crucible Theatre in the Autumn of 2019 prior to the West End and further productions around the world;
  • The smash-hit jukebox musical, Rock of Agestouring the UK, Ireland and international territories from September 2018;
  • UK, Ireland and international tours of Fame! the musical touring from July 2018 and the West End transfer production at the Peacock Theatre in Autumn 2019;
  • The highly anticipated revival of Stephen Sondheim’s musical, Company in the West End, starting September 2018 prior to a Broadway transfer;
  • A UK tour of the classic farce, Boeing Boeing, touring the UK from January 2019 prior to international productions;
  • A UK tour of the Kander and Ebb musical, Curtains starring Jason Manford, touring the UK from September 2019;
  • Broadway legend, Chita Rivera in Concert at the Cadogen Hall in February 2019;
  • An production of The Wedding Singer the musical in Asia in June 2019, based on the Adam Sandler movie (further to the UK Tour, which Adam produced in 2017/18).

Adam is also developing the new musical Sherlockbased on a modern adaptation of the classic fictional character, Sherlock Holmes, premiering in Asia in 2020.

Adam was the General Manager for Kenny Wax Ltd for seven years, overseeing the multi-Olivier award-winning productions of Top Hat and The Play That Goes Wrong. Prior to this he gained experience at Company Pictures (on Channel 4’s Skins) and at Paramount Pictures International in script acquisition and co-production. Adam also worked as an Actor from his early teens, appearing in over 12 radio plays for BBC Radio 4 and 5. He graduated with an English Degree from the University of Nottingham.

Adam has also produced numerous cabarets, reviews and concerts, most notably Lily Atkinson In Concert (St. James Theatre Studio) Ultimate Elton And The Rocket Band (Leicester Square Theatre and India Tour); Mash-Up(two productions at the Leicester Square Theatre); Plug In The Lead (Leicester Square Theatre); Collaborations(St. James Studio); In Town With Motown (Freedom), Sons Of Pitches (Freedom) and NEXT (Battersea Barge).

Adam has produced two TV comedy pilots and has been a guest speaker on various panels including a ‘Business Of Theatre’ seminar at BAFTA.
